Riverview is an older, established community nestled by the banks of the Chattahoochee River just inside Gwinnett County. There are l49 residences with each being different in design and set on one to three acres. Large trees and attractive landscaping add to the natural beauty of this neighborhood. The community has a beautiful park that is maintained by the association and is used for picnics, Easter egg hunts, and fishing from its banks.

The neighborhood is very much in demand with its close proximity to Forum shopping, and Interstate 285. Education needs are well served by the excellent local schools of Wesleyan, Platinum Award Winning Simpson Elementary, Pinckneyville Middle and Norcross High School.

Many residents enjoy the sporting and social activities at the nearby Atlanta Athletic Club, Berkeley Hills Country Club and the Fields Club.

Riverview is maintained by an active neighborhood association that celebrates 30 years of history in 2006. As a Peachtree Corners Community we support the stewardship of United Peachtree Corners Civic Association.
