Governor, EPD Ease Outdoor Water Use Schedules

Under a non-drought schedule, outdoor water use is allowed three days a week on assigned days using odd and even-numbered addresses. Odd-numbered addresses can water on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Even-numbered and unnumbered addresses are allowed to water on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Water use may occur at any time of the day on the assigned days, however landscape watering is discouraged between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m because of its limited effectiveness.

Web site access

The neighborhood web site is a service provided by Riverview Associates and paid for by membership dues. Hopefully you have found it to be an asset to the neighborhood. To ensure that members continue to enjoy the full benefits of our association, access will be suspended after September 1st 2007 for all members who are in arrears on dues. No information will be lost for suspended accounts and we will restore login privileges immediately after outstanding dues are collected or if there is any error in our records that results in your access being incorrectly denied.

Property Maintenance Ordinance
